here's what i'm building after flamme
A few weeks ago, Business Insider ran the story on Flamme's acquisition by Arya. It was a good piece, and I stand by most of it. But buried near the end was one line about what I'm building next, described as "a consulting agency for consumer apps." That's close, but it's not quite it, and it undersells what's actually there.
Here's the actual answer.
The Wall I Kept Running Into
While scaling Flamme, I kept meeting other consumer founders with the exact same problem. Building a product isn't hard anymore. AI and no-code tools have made that part accessible to almost anyone with an idea, sometimes over a weekend. What's still hard, the same wall every one of these founders hit, is distribution. They can build. They ship something real, something people actually like when they see it. What they don't have is any real idea how to get anyone to actually see it in the first place.
I've written about this gap before: the wall to building a product has come down, but the wall to distribution is still standing, taller than ever, honestly. This next chapter isn't a new idea I picked up after selling a company. It's not a pivot, and it's not a rebrand of An Nayal into something new. It's the same operating logic that built Flamme, pointed outward at other founders' problems instead of inward at just one product.
What Agniverse Actually Is
Agniverse is a growth universe for consumer apps and the people building them. Three things live inside it, though two of them are doing most of the actual work right now.
Handler AI is the flagship. It's an automated SaaS tool that watches for outlier TikTok videos across categories, figures out why they actually worked, and helps a team duplicate that performance with AI instead of guessing at the next video and hoping it lands. It exists because it's the technology version of the same TikTok Farming system that helped grow Flamme in the first place. The difference is it's no longer built for one product. It's built to run for anyone who plugs into it.
Agniverse Media is a media house that helps brands scale their own content through a network of UGC creators, for teams who'd rather have the system run for them than learn to run it themselves. This is for founders who know they need volume and iteration, but don't have the internal team to produce it.
Playbooks & consulting rounds out the offering for founders who want to learn the underlying system directly rather than hand it off. It's the smallest piece of what's here, and it's likely to stay that way. Handler AI and Agniverse Media are where the real weight sits, and where most of what I'm building next will actually live.
Why This Isn't Theory
None of this is a new bet dressed up to look like a plan. Flamme got acquired specifically because its growth was systematized and repeatable, not the outcome of a single lucky video that happened to take off. That's the same thesis behind Agniverse: virality isn't luck, it's a system. The only real difference now is that the system is no longer applied to just one app I happen to own.
As part of the acquisition, Flamme's team continues working part-time on the product while I build this next chapter. Flamme isn't going anywhere. It's just no longer the only thing I'm building, and it doesn't need to be.
Who This Is Actually For
Agniverse isn't built for someone with an idea and no product yet. It's also not built for a team that already has an in-house growth department running things smoothly. It's built for the founder in between: someone who's already shipped something real, has some early traction, maybe a few thousand users and a handful of good reviews, and is stuck at the exact wall I kept seeing over and over. They can build. They just can't distribute.
Here's a simple way to check if that's you: if your best growth month happened once and you can't fully explain why it happened, that's usually the sign you don't have a system yet. You have a lucky video, and lucky videos don't repeat on command.
If This Is You
Agniverse lives at agniverse.co, and Handler AI specifically is worth a look if virality has felt like luck instead of something you can actually repeat on purpose.
Business Insider had the headline mostly right. There is a next chapter, and it's built on the exact same lessons that grew Flamme from nothing. It's just built for more than one product this time, and that's really the whole story.
I didn't set out to write a founder-to-consultant story here. I set out to solve the same problem I kept running into, over and over, at every dinner and every DM from another builder asking the same question: I have the product, now what do I do with it. Agniverse is what I built once I got tired of answering that question one founder at a time.
